MEET THE ROSAS
Mauricio Rosas
"Morris" began his journey in entrepreneurship in 2002 through a family business in the automotive industry. Alongside his parents and older brother, he assisted in the operations of their auto repair shop in Ventura County. Business was booming, creating opportunity for a second location. The Camarillo shop opened in 2009, with Morris at the helm at the tender age of 22. Morris' brother now runs the first location while he runs the second, geared toward luxury vehicles. The Lord has led them through hardship into abundance, blessing them with full ownership of the land both shops sit on.
Elena Rosas
Elena is going on her 18th year of fierce entrepreneurship as a premiere hair extensionist, color expert, and hairstylist. She entered the beauty industry at just 20 years old, having studied under the tutelage of experts from Canada to New York. Though clients travel as far as the OC to sit in HER chair in Westlake Village, the Lord has used Elena’s life experiences to bring her purpose as the Founder of HER Life Journey, a non-profit dedicated to providing peer support services to women who have experienced homelessness, domestic violence, and addiction.
OUR STORY
"Where the Lord leads, we just go!" is how Elena explains the birth of ANR Capital Group in a nutshell. Morris and Elena have been working successfully as a team beyond the ties of marriage since 2009, serving as successful business owners in the automotive industry in sunny Camarillo, California.
They first dipped their toes in the throes of real estate when they became first-time home owners as newlyweds in their hometown of Oxnard. For Morris, the foreclosure price tag was overshadowed by the fact that this house put the "stress" in "distressed", but Elena could only see the incredible potential. The opening of their family's second auto shop motivated the move to Camarillo. Elena was determined to keep their first home as a rental property and manage it themselves. God's providence paved the way for them to afford their second home, which was sold on the cheap due to a death in the family. Four years later, they were led to their current home. Sadly, it was a divorce between the original home owners that allowed them to afford their current home.
Having been able to afford their homes through the distress of foreclosure, death, and divorce; coupled with Elena's dream to add housing as one of the services for her non-profit, HER Life Journey, Morris and Elena strive to be a light through real estate, providing to others the same ethical real estate solutions that have been afforded them through God's abounding grace.
